Company History

Aug. 1963 National Service Gassho Group founded in Kita-ku ward in Osaka City
Dispatch repair service started for stereo and washing machines
Aug. 1964 Company moved to Neyagawa City, became incorporated and initiated business connections with Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., Stereo Division. The company received returned stereo products, and initiated repairs.
Jun. 1968 The Production Division was opened, and the production of electric phonograph equipment was initiated.
Sept. 1969 The production of modular stereo equipment was initiated.
Dec. 1972 A new production factory was established in Katano City, and the production Division relocated there.
Apr. 1973 A Sales Promotion Group was established, temporary staff members were assigned at department stores, volume sellers, and specialty stores, and sales promotion activity was initiated for the Mechanics Stereo brand.
Nov. 1973 The company's Main Office Factory was constructed.
Jan. 1975 A second warehouse was constructed.
Oct. 1975 Initiated production of stereo pre and main amplifiers
Jul. 1977 The production plant was awarded the UL Standard (North America) and the CSA Standard (Canada) for stereo manufacturing.
Sept. 1977 Initiated production of stereo tuners.
Jun. 1978 Business connections were initiated with the recording division, returned equipment was received, and repair services were conducted.
Dec. 1978 Initiated repair services related to the recording equipment division.
Aug. 1979 A labor union was formed. (Matsushita Kanren Kyodo Kumiai Kyogikai)
Oct. 1979 Initiated production of receivers.
Jun. 1981 Initiated repair services for electronic organs.
Nov. 1982 The production plant was awarded the BEAB Standard (England) for manufacturing.
Jan. 1983 Initiated business connections with the Electronic Instruments Division of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.
Jun. 1983 Initiated repair services for compact disk players.
Jul. 1983 new construction line was established for printed circuit boards.
Nov. 1983 Initiated business connections with the General Audio Division of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., and began receiving returned equipment.
Jun. 1985 Initiated business connections with the Data Equipment Division of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.
Initiated repair services for personal computers and word processors
Nov. 1985 Initiated business connections with the Gas Equipment Division of Matsushita Residential Construction Equipment, Co.,Ltd.
Initiated manufacturing of control circuit boards, and repairs of facsimile transmission units.
May 1986 Initiated sales of data communications equipment.
Jul. 1988 Initiated business connections with the Third Business Division of Kyushu Matsushita Electric Co., Ltd.
Received returned word processors and conducted repair services.
Oct. 1988 Initiated business connections with the Lighting Division of Matsushita Electronics Co.,Ltd.
May 1989 Initiated business connections with Kansai Matsushita Systems, Co.,Ltd. for the repair of pocket bells.
Jun. 1991 Established customer service for pocket bells at the main office factory.
Jan. 1992 Initiated business connections with the Fourth Business Division of Kyushu Matsushita Electric Co., Ltd.
Received returned facsimile equipment and conducted repair services.
Nov. 1992 Established customer service for cellular telephones at the main office factory.
Jan. 1993 Kansai Hightec Co., Ltd. was established to specialize in customer service operations.
Jan. 1993 Kansai Hightec Co., Ltd. initiated business connections with Motorola, Inc.
Initiated repair operations for Motorola, Inc.'s pagers, cellular telephones, and infrastructure.
Mar. 1994 Initiated business connections with the Interactive Media Division of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.
Received returned 3DO products, and conducted repair services
Mar. 1994 Extensions and improvement construction were conducted for the Kuraji Branch Office.
Nov. 1994 NIS Co., Ltd. was established as a company to conduct loading and unloading of freight and related administration duties, distribution and processing business activities, business contracts, and temporary employment business activities.
Nov. 1994 Kansai Hightec Co., Ltd.initiated cellular telephone business activities.
Jun. 1996 A new company building, the Katano Branch Office, was completed (NS Bldg.)
Oct. 1996 Kansai Hightec Co., Ltd.began business activities with Kyocera Corporation.
Conducted repair service business activities for cellular telephones.
Dec. 1997 Kansai Hightec Co., Ltd.began business activities with NEC Product Service, Co.,Ltd.
Initiated repair services for facsimile and personal computers
May 1999 Kansai Hightec Co., Ltd.began business activities with Nikkodo, Co.,Ltd.
